This virtual role, based in Western Europe, carries full commercial leadership accountability for profitable regional growth, forecasting, pipeline management, and leadership of the account management team across IUW, Energy, and related segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong commercial leadership and track record in driving revenue, margin and pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Translate regional marketing plans into executable commercial priorities.
• Own customer segmentation and strategic account plans in Salesforce.com.
• Lead channel strategy, distributor productivity, and route-to-market effectiveness.
• Coordinate with demand planning, marketing, and product management to enable opportunity conversion.
• Build and govern a high‑quality regional pipeline with clear actions and ownership.
• Drive regional revenue, margin, forecast accuracy, and working-capital outcomes.
