Vertiv is seeking a Program Execution Manager to act as the dedicated customer point of contact during the deployment phase for Global Strategic Accounts across the EMEA region. You will oversee multiple project managers and sites, ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining high service standards and meeting customer objectives.

Travel within the EMEA region is required to support large, complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Hold a high-level technical qualification in either a mechanical or electrical field.
• 3+ years of program management experience.
• Experience in critical infrastructure, data center, or power solutions industry.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent PM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary point of contact for customer senior management.
• Lead and coordinate multiple Project Managers across different EMEA sites.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and escalations.
• Ensure consistent service delivery across regional projects.
• Oversee project costs and financial reporting.
