Eaton is looking for a Program Manager Direct Current for Data Center in Montbonnot-Saint-Martin. This senior role involves overseeing Eaton’s end-to-end data center electrical solutions for hyperscale and colocation customers.

The Program Manager will coordinate new product development, ensure customer engagement, and lead teams across R&D and engineering, with a focus on integrating solutions rather than disconnected products.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10-15 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in power systems or data center technology environments.
• Proven experience working with hyperscale and/or colocation data center customers.
• Prior experience in R&D, advanced engineering, or complex technical program leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead the DC for DC EMEA program covering Eaton’s full data center power value chain.
• Ensure the program is executed on schedule and within approved budgets.
• Act as a senior technical interface for hyperscale and colocation customers.
