Enovis, a global medical device company, seeks a Sr. International Product Manager to lead upstream strategy for Bracing & Supports. Based in Bayonne, FR or Freiburg, DE, you will drive portfolio growth, partner with R&D, Regulatory, and Sales to translate VOC into product roadmaps.

You will manage cross-functional projects from concept to launch, develop business cases, and coordinate international launches, while traveling up to 30% in Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or Life Sciences.
• 8–10+ years of product management in Medical Device/Life Sciences.
• Orthopedics experience preferred.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead upstream product strategy and roadmaps for Bracing & Supports.
• Define requirements and value propositions based on market insights.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Sales across functions.
• Coordinate international launches and go-to-market plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive strategic initiatives.
