Datadog is seeking a Compliance Specialist, EMEA to own employment, labor, and statutory compliance across France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Ireland and UK. This role collaborates with People Operations, Legal, and regional stakeholders to scale compliant people processes in a growing, hybrid environment.

You will lead regulatory tracking, contract oversight, and cross-country policy design while supporting audits and training programs for a scalable compliance framework across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR compliance in an EMEA regional role.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction employment regulations across multiple countries.
• Ability to design and manage compliance calendars and audits.
• Comfort applying AI tools to repetitive or high-volume compliance work.

Responsabilités

• Own ongoing compliance with employment laws across EMEA and track regulatory updates.
• Oversee compliance for employment contracts and health and safety in offices.
• Manage accommodation requests end-to-end.
• Partner with People Operations and Legal to resolve compliance questions and mitigate risk.
• Own compliance with statutory medical requirements and disability reporting.
• Lead or support audits and regulator inquiries; maintain audit readiness.
• Coordinate with counterparts in Americas and APAC to harmonize policies.
