Datadog is seeking a Program Manager for Community Content and Events in the EMEA region based in Paris. The role focuses on planning and delivering technical programming for local and regional events, including Summits, DASH, Meetups, and User Groups, while scaling processes for efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with the Community and Advocacy teams, manage content and speaker content, and ensure high-quality customer experiences across events with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of program management experience in a technical environment (B2B SaaS).
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and process-building ability.
• Data-driven with ability to build workflows and estimation models.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver technical programming for local and regional events.
• Track deadlines and deliverables for content and events, manage assets and vendors.
• Identify and resolve risks and blockers for event programming.
• Maintain internal tools and public website for agenda and speaker content.
• Own onsite speaker experience and coordinate rehearsals and staff onsite.
