Fortinet's EMEA payroll team in France handles complex payroll items including RSUs and stock plans, coordinating with third-party providers to ensure timely processing for 27 countries and 3500+ employees. The role requires building strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information under tight deadlines.

You will work within a close-knit eight-person team, contribute to SOP updates, and support SOX/SSA 70 compliance

Qualifications

• Significant and demonstrable knowledge of payroll processing.
• Experience managing multiple EMEA payrolls.
• Experience with payroll journal booking and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned regional payrolls, ensure accurate and on-time payments.
• Maintain relationships with external payroll bureaus and monitor service levels.
• Prepare monthly payroll journals and ensure associated payments are approved.
