d&b audiotechnik is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to drive and coordinate marketing activities across the EMEA region. You will work with distributors, regional marketing, and global teams to execute events, align strategies, and ensure efficient processes and budgets.

The role requires strong marketing experience, project management skills, and fluency in English, with additional European language capabilities highly valued.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree or vocational training in marketing.
• Solid experience in marketing.
• Experience with marketing or project management tools (e.g. CRM, Asana).
• Structured and organized, able to manage multiple topics in parallel.
• Experience collaborating with distributors or partner networks is a plus.
• Background in event or trade show environments is a plus.
• First experience in PR or content-related projects is desirable.
• Excellent English skills; fluent in a second southern European language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish).

Responsabilités

• Develop and align marketing strategies across multiple countries and subsidiaries with local teams.
• Act as central contact for distribution partners and coordinate marketing activities.
• Support action plans within a partnership development framework and drive implementation.
• Coordinate with global marketing, senior marketing managers, and local marketing coordinators.
• Coordinate freelancers (designers, PR agencies, translators, content creators) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support alignment and development of PR topics and storytelling across the EMEA region.
• Plan, coordinate and support central EMEA events from prep to execution.
• Monitor marketing budgets and track expenditures for transparency and efficiency.
