Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management/ownership experience delivering digital client or advisor-facing platforms.
• Experience building regulated customer journeys in financial services or insurance.
• Ability to operate across multiple distribution models (direct/agent/licensed and referral).
• Strong roadmap ownership, prioritization, and stakeholder management across regions.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML productization, measurement, and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for international (EMEA-focused) insurance client/advisor experiences.
• Define and deliver capabilities for licensed and referral operating models, including journeys and handoffs.
• Translate regulatory and client needs into prioritized requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled experiences with governance and measurement.
• Lead agile delivery with engineering and design teams; manage backlog and releases.
• Establish KPIs and use data to iterate and improve (conversion, referral, cycle time, NPS).
• Identify opportunities to rationalize platforms and accelerate speed-to-market.
