Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Analyst or Associate in Global Insurance Structuring to help develop customized financial solutions for insurers.

You will work with Sales & Trading partners across asset classes (Rates, Credit, Equity) in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and contribute to client strategies across Europe and Asia. You will build market knowledge of derivatives products and support production of client materials while developing deep industry knowledge of the insurance

Qualifications

• Strong intellectual curiosity and fast learner.
• Strong quantitative skills across accounting, quantitative finance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High work ethic in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; programming ability (Python; MATLAB a plus).

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality client-facing materials (pitchbooks, analyses) for campaigns across Continental Europe and Asia.
• Develop industry knowledge and monitor market dynamics, regulatory developments, themes impacting insurers.
• Contribute to tailored insurance solutions including risk hedging and capital optimization.
• Collaborate with Institutional Sales and Trading teams to deliver content and executable structures.
• Analyze client objectives and translate them into practical cross-asset proposals.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to a broad audience.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
