Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management/ownership experience delivering digital client or advisor-facing platforms.
• Demonstrated experience building regulated customer journeys in financial services, insurance, wealth, or similar.
• Proven ability to operate across multiple distribution models (direct/agent/licensed and referral/partner handoff).
• Strong roadmap ownership, prioritization, and stakeholder management across regions and functions.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML productization (use-case framing, model risk considerations, measurement, and iterative improvement).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex topics and drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision and roadmap for international (EMEA-focused) insurance client and advisor experiences across digital and assisted channels.
• Define and deliver capabilities for licensed and referral operating models, including journeys, handoffs, and controls.
• Translate regulatory, business, and client needs into prioritized requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable cross-border solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled experiences (advisor copilots, personalized guidance, intelligent routing, next-best-action) with governance and measurement.
• Lead agile delivery with engineering and design teams; manage backlog, milestones, dependencies, and release readiness.
• Establish KPIs (conversion, referral completion, cycle time, advisor productivity, NPS, quality/compliance outcomes) and use data to iterate and improve.
• Identify opportunities to rationalize platforms, reduce manual work, and improve speed-to-market through reusable services and automation.
