Fortinet in Sophia Antipolis, France, seeks an EMEA Talent Operations Partner / HR Partner to guide employees and managers on people matters using AI-enabled HR tools to improve service delivery and experience.

You will own the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—comply with French law, maintain accurate HR records, and collaborate with local HR partners on interviews and training plans, with French and English fluency required.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights and actions.
Proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools to automate HR tasks and improve processes.
Experience with HRIS platforms, especially Oracle HCM, including data management and reporting.
Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, lookups, data validation, and modelling.
Fluent in French and English; comfortable in international environments.

Responsabilités

Serve as trusted HR partner to employees and managers across a broad range of people matters.
Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding with AI-enabled solutions.
Advise on employment legislation, policies, and local compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation with automation.
Oversee immigration and right-to-work processes; manage benefits administration.
Coordinate professional interviews and training plans with local HR Business Partners.
Identify opportunities to improve HR operations through AI and automation.
