DocuSign seeks a Director of Demand & Field Marketing for NewCo, EMEA, to own regional strategy and scalable programs across multiple motions. You will translate prospects into audiences and messages, partner with HQ and regional teams, and drive pipeline through integrated campaigns—email, events, content and in-product channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in B2B SaaS, cloud tech, demand gen, field marketing or related leadership.
• Experience designing end-to-end new-logo or prospect programs across channels.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning, reviews and accountability.
• Experience partnering with sales, product marketing, HQ and regional teams to drive pipeline.
• Ability using data and insights to improve conversion and decision making.

Aufgaben

• Own the regional demand and field marketing strategy for NewCo, EMEA.
• Build integrated program blueprints across email, webinars, events and content.
• Translate personas and challenges into messaging and content requirements.
• Align KPIs, SLAs, follow-up sequences and customer journeys with stakeholders.
• Localise programs with UKI, France and DACH marketers and manage regional portfolio.
• Lead monthly reviews covering traffic, engagement, meetings and pipeline outcomes.
