Job summary

AlixPartners in Europe is seeking a PMD Recruiting Director - EMEA to lead the executive recruiting team for Partner roles across the UK, DACH, Italy, France and the Middle East. You will set strategy, mentor the team, and manage complex searches with senior stakeholders.

You will partner with global leadership to ensure a high-quality, compliant recruitment process, including onboarding and data governance, while working in a hybrid model across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading executive search teams in EMEA, within consulting or professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German/French/Italian a plus.
• Ability to travel as required and adapt to a multi-region scope.
• Strong ownership, client-service orientation, and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and local country customs across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA executive recruiting team and function across UK, DACH, Italy, France and the Middle East.
• Set strategy for the function, mentor the team, and manage multiple searches end-to-end.
• Build trusted relationships with regional leadership, practices, industries and service lines.
• Oversee onboarding experience in partnership with People, Office and IT teams.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and local laws.
• Collaborate with Global Head of Executive Recruiting on performance, budget and external search partnerships.
• Own key searches end-to-end, including outreach, interviews, evaluations and final write-ups.
