• 5+ years of experience in Communications/PR, preferably in beauty.
• EMEA experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead PR agencies and cross-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and localize global narratives for Emerging Markets in EMEA.
• Lead local teams and PR agencies with clear briefs, KPIs, and budgets.
• Oversee media strategy, pitches, spokesperson readiness, and influencer frameworks.
• Coordinate experiential and product marketing with local partners.
• Drive omni-channel comms and asset localization for market relevance.
• Monitor market trends and consolidate insights into dashboards.
• Mentor affiliate communications teams reporting to Head of Comms EMEA.
