Job summary

DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company, seeks a strategic Communications Manager to lead earned media, influencers, and storytelling for Emerging Markets in the EMEA region. You will act as a bridge between regional strategy and market execution, guiding local teams and agencies to deliver culturally resonant communications for our brands.

The role requires 5+ years in PR/communications within beauty, with strong leadership and cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• PR, influencer & event expertise in beauty or regional markets.
• Leadership and experience managing agencies and cross-market teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; English required; Arabic/Turkish/Hindi a plus.
• Execution and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key regional liaison for Emerging Markets (ME, Turkey, India, Africa…) and localize global narratives for local resonance.
• Lead and scale local teams and PR agencies with clear briefings, KPIs, calendars, and budgets.
• Oversee partner-led press offices and influencer frameworks, media pitches, and brand safety checks.
• Govern experiential and product marketing operations with local teams and partners on events and objectives.
• Drive omni-channel communication and asset management across DTC and retail channels.
