DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company, is seeking a Communications Manager to coordinate regional planning and execution for EMEA, translating global strategies into regionally relevant frameworks and ensuring compliant deployment across markets and agencies.

You will own the regional calendar, manage workflows, toolkits, and asset adaptation, lead cross-market collaboration, and report insights to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Communications or Public Relations; beauty industry and regional experience considered an asset.
• 2+ years of management experience with people leadership.
• Strong understanding of cultural trends across EMEA with data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with planning and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy, planning, and implementation of EMEA regional communications campaigns and initiatives.
• Translate global strategies into EMEA storytelling frameworks, messaging hierarchies, and comms angles for local market activation.
• Own the regional editorial calendar; identify seasonal, cultural, and trend-driven opportunities for storytelling.
• Coordinate between global, regional, and local teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Create and rollout regional toolkits (narratives, messaging, press materials, influencer guidance).
• Oversee adaptation of global assets for EMEA use with quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Design and Brand to create regional press and communications assets.
