Job summary

DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company, is seeking a highly motivated communications/digital marketing intern to join the EMEA team in Paris. You will support market launch plans, media outreach, and asset localization across Southern Europe, working with global teams in Toronto.

The role requires a Bac+4/5 in communication or marketing, fluent in French and English, and up to a 6-month internship starting January 11, 2027. This is a live, in-office Paris position with exposure to 16 markets.

Qualifications

• Soon to graduate from a business/communication school with at least 1 first corporate work experience in digital, marketing, or communications.
• Professional fluency in French and English is essential; Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the roll-out of market launch plans in press, influencer and events activations for 2 new products, 4 key campaigns, and our always-on strategy.
• In charge of seeding logistics for media, influencers and agencies (always-on + key launches).
• Translate assets into multiple languages and brief design teams for 4 languages.
• Help implement our always-on strategy in Southern European markets (France, Spain, Italy) with agencies.
• Manage and update media/influencer/agency databases.
• Assist with influencer and new media community research and profile vetting.
• Track weekly competitive intelligence of communications activations in beauty.
• Support daily editorial and digital monitoring and analysis.
