Dyno Nobel Limited seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer, EMEA to drive strategic financial leadership across our France, Türkiye and Africa operations. You will partner with the VP EMEA to growth, governance and financial discipline across the region.

This broad leadership role combines strategic business partnering with financial stewardship, leading planning, reporting, governance, risk management, capital allocation and performance initiatives while supporting growth, transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline
• CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 15 years' experience in progressive finance leadership roles
• Experience leading finance teams across multiple countries and jurisdictions
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with executive business partnering experience

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver profitable growth and strategic objectives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
• Drive financial performance, cash flow and working capital improvement
• Oversee governance, compliance, audit and risk management
• Support acquisitions, business development and strategic investments
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team
• Provide commercial insight and decision support across the EMEA business
