Supermicro seeks a dynamic Enablement Product Manager to join our Technology Enablement team. This hybrid role blends strategic product management with hands-on presales support for our AI and GPU server portfolio across the EMEA geography.

You will collaborate with local Sales and Business Development to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, support RFQs, and present high‑performance computing offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Product Marketing in AI infrastructure, HPC, cloud computing, or enterprise server/hardware.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline; MBA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GPU-accelerated computing and AI frameworks (CUDA, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in customer-facing presales activities: requirements gathering, solution design, RFQ/RFP responses, tech presentations, and PoC support.
• Excellent English; French or German is desirable for EMEA focus.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (roughly 20–30%).

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for GPU server platforms, AI infrastructure and Enterprise for the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with engineering, hardware design, software, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Gather feedback from customers and market trends to shape product positioning.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications and user stories; drive development from concept to launch.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and messaging; enable sales with training and collateral.
• Track KPIs and feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer briefings as a subject matter expert.
