Supermicro is seeking a dynamic Enablement Product Manager to join our Technology Enablement team. This hybrid role blends strategic product management with hands-on presales support for AI and GPU server portfolios across the EMEA geography.

You will collaborate with local Sales and Business Development to translate customer needs into tailored solutions and compelling go-to-market assets. You will drive roadmaps for GPU server product lines, define requirements, and develop enablement

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Product Marketing in AI infrastructure, HPC, or enterprise server/hardware.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; MBA/Master’s preferred.
Strong English communication; French or German desirable for EMEA focus.

Responsabilités

Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for GPU server platforms, AI infrastructure, and Enterprise workloads.
Collaborate with engineering, hardware design, software, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful launches and adoption.
Translate customer requirements into detailed specs and user stories; manage development lifecycle.
Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, and messaging; support sales enablement.
Monitor performance with KPIs and feedback for continuous improvement.
Represent the company at industry events as a subject matter expert.
