Qualifications

• 7+ years in embedded software or systems engineering with strong software focus.
• Proficient in C/C++ on microcontroller platforms, RTOS, and interfaces (I2C, SPI, USB, CAN, Modbus).
• Experience turning requirements into software specs, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in integration on test benches or real products.
• Ability to assess deliverable maturity and coordinate resolutions.
• Comfort challenging developers and external partners technically.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

• Translate system and functional requirements into software requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Structure development work packages, interfaces, and intermediate versions aligned with milestones.
• Track progress and maturity of developments with internal and external partners.
• Clarify technical expectations and support contributors, challenging choices when needed.
• Perform or coordinate design, implementation, and code reviews.
• Prepare software versions for integration and validation with required elements.
• Assess deliverables, identify gaps, and coordinate defect/regression resolution.
• Contribute to traceability across requirements, tests, results, and cybersecurity evidence.
