Biopharma Careers seeks an Embedded Software Technical Lead for our Milli-Q Lab Water Solutions team in Guyancourt, near Paris. You will translate system requirements into robust software deliverables, lead cross-functional development, and ensure smooth integration and validation.

Working with the System Architect and Head of Software Development, you will structure the software roadmap, set priorities, and connect product vision with technical execution while maintaining a practical hands-on

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in embedded software development or systems engineering.
• Experience with C/C++ on microcontrollers and RTOS.
• Familiar with I2C, SPI, USB, CAN or Modbus interfaces.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Jira and software lifecycles.
• Translate requirements into software specs and tasks.
• Experience with integration testing on labs or products.

Responsabilités

• Translate system and functional requirements into software specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Structure development work packages, interfaces, dependencies, and versioning.
• Track progress and maturity of developments with internal and external partners.
• Clarify technical expectations, support contributors, and challenge decisions.
• Perform or coordinate design, implementation, and code reviews.
• Prepare software versions for integration and validation.
• Assess deliverable maturity, identify gaps, and coordinate fixes.
• Contribute to traceability across requirements, tests, results, and anomalies.
