As an Embedded Software Technical Lead (f/m), you will play a central role in turning system requirements into robust, integrable, and verifiable software deliverables. At the interface between system architecture, software development, integration, and validation, you will contribute directly to the quality, consistency, and control of product milestones.
Working closely with the System Architect and the Head of Software Development, you will structure the software roadmap, clarify development priorities, and secure the transition of software versions into integration and validation. In doing so, you will help connect product vision, technical decisions, and operational execution.
This position combines technical leadership, cross-functional coordination, and close connection to the product. It will suit someone who enjoys structuring, challenging, arbitrating, and, when needed, going deep into technical topics to unblock a situation.
This position does not currently include direct people management responsibility, but it offers a real scope of technical and cross-functional influence. Depending on your aspirations and the evolution of the organization, it may later develop into people management responsibilities within software development.
The position is based at the LabWater headquarters in Guyancourt, near Paris.
