Job summary

Copeland Europe GmbH in France is seeking a proactive Sales Manager, Electronic Controls to accelerate growth across our controls portfolio. You will identify new business opportunities, influence technical decisions, and work closely with customers to deliver high-value solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5–6 years of sales or technical sales experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or automation, plus strong knowledge of electronic controls. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of sales or technical sales experience.
• Proven experience within refrigeration, HVAC, controls, electronics, automation, or related technical industries.
• Strong knowledge of electronic controls, automation systems, or control technologies.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of Electronic & Controls solutions across assigned territories and customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, contractors, integrators, and end users.
• Work closely with Account Executives to uncover and execute cross-selling opportunities within existing compressor and system business.
• Provide technical sales support during customer discussions, specification activities, and solution development.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for electronic controls solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, customer training sessions, and value-based sales demonstrations.
• Support new product introductions and market launches.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity within controls, electronics, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Maintain accurate opportunity management, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and account activity within Salesforce
