Job summary

Copeland in France seeks a proactive Sales Manager for Electronic Controls. You will accelerate growth across our controls portfolio, identifying opportunities with OEMs, contractors, and end users, and work closely with Account Executives to cross-sell within existing compressor and system business.

The role requires 5–6 years in sales or technical sales, deep knowledge of electronic controls and automation, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of sales or technical sales experience.
• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, controls, electronics, automation, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of electronic controls and automation systems.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of Electronic & Controls solutions across territories and accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, contractors, integrators, and end users.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to cross-sell within compressor and system business.
• Provide technical sales support during discussions and specification activities.
• Deliver product presentations and customer trainings.
• Maintain opportunity management and forecast in Salesforce.
