Job summary

Orasio is seeking a Senior Client Executive to lead direct client engagement across public sector and large private operators, focusing on on-premise and hybrid deployments. You will be the primary contact for end clients, coordinating with Channel Manager and delivery partners, ensuring compliance with GDPR and contractual clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, ideally with on-premise or hybrid deployments.
• Experience selling to municipalities or through public procurement processes is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead direct client relationships from first contact to full deployment.
• Comfortable navigating legal/compliance issues (GDPR, procurement) during sales and delivery.
• Excellent communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomous, fast-moving, and ready to meet clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales with public and private sector clients, building trust and positioning Orasio as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with Channel Manager to coordinate between clients and integrators.
• Guide clients through on-premise or hybrid deployments, ensuring feasibility and clear contracts.
• Provide hands-on support during pilots, training sessions, and project launches (remote and on-site).
• Identify client needs and translate into actionable insights for product/engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws (GDPR) across projects.
• Drive solution adoption and long-term client satisfaction through strategic account management.
