Job summary

Orasio, based in Paris, is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to build new client relationships and drive direct sales across public and private sectors. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.

The role offers autonomous field work, regional travel, and collaboration with product, legal, and delivery teams to ensure successful deployment.

Fluent in French and English, 1–3 years in B2B tech sales, GDPR awareness, and a proactive mindset are valued.

Qualifications

1–3 years in direct B2B sales or business development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in French and English; willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new direct sales opportunities in target sectors.
Engage with prospects by phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, demos, negotiation, and contract closing.
Build trust-based relationships with clients; act as their main contact during pre-sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, legal, delivery) to align expectations.
Maintain a solid understanding of data protection and public sector compliance (training provided).
Track all sales activities in the CRM and provide accurate forecasts.
