Creative Fabrica is seeking a PR & Earned Media Manager to own our earned-media presence and expand coverage across AI, technology and creator ecosystems. You will build relationships with journalists and creators, and craft compelling angles for product launches, data stories, and industry trends.

This role is an in-office position at our Amsterdam HQ, with flexible days and an emphasis on independent, proactive storytelling to elevate the brand impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in PR or media, with demonstrable earned-media coverage.
• Strong understanding of how journalists and modern media operate.
• Experience developing and pitching compelling story angles for products or technology.
• Excellent writing and concise media communications in English.
• Comfortable reaching out to journalists and preparing executives for media.
• Relentless proactivity to pursue opportunities and capitalize on them.
• Curiosity about AI, technology, and creator ecosystem with good judgment.

Responsabilités

• Own the earned-media strategy and seek meaningful coverage and reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, newsletters and podcasters.
• Pitch strong story angles around products, launches, data, trends.
• Create newsworthy moments using internal data, experiments and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on launches to shape journalistic narratives.
• Monitor coverage, measure reach and backlinks, and systematize PR efforts.
