Mars in France seeks an experienced Core-PLM specialist to map end-to-end product lifecycle processes and embed the digital core across R&D, supply and packaging functions. You will design, deploy and govern the 'to be' process landscape, aligning with EOS and value delivery initiatives.

You will drive change management across a multinational matrix, partner with stakeholders, and ensure governance of process design, data hierarchy and integration with the digital core to realize ESG value and

Qualifications

Deep experience in E2E R&D, specification and innovation processes at scale.
5+ years in R&D/SQA/Activity Management with multi-function exposure.
Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization and change management.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management across diverse functions.

Responsabilités

Plan creation by designing an integrated E2E process plan with cross-functional partners.
Represent Mars in Core-PLM transformation forums and design landscape.
Design process evolution, future WoW and OD to deliver transformation benefits.
Drive change journeys for key stakeholders to engage and adopt new ways of working.
Develop and deploy metrics to measure reality vs intent on experience.
Ensure seamless connection between processes and the digital core across L2/L5.
