Mars France in Lunel is seeking a senior Core-PLM leader to map end-to-end product lifecycle processes from raw materials specifications through finished goods, and to design and adapt the to-be processes and WoW to the global template. The role aims to deliver efficiencies and ensure ESG data embedding within core processes.

You will partner with R&D, VCO and Demand, deploying change management across regions and functions to achieve the to-be state, while mentoring associates and aligning EOS

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in R&D/SQA/Activity Management, preferably 7+.
• Experience in matrixed, multinational environments.

Responsabilités

• Plan creation: build and sequence a fully integrated E2E PLM process plan.
• Represent Royal Canin in Core-PLM forums and collaborate with segments.
• Design process evolution, WoW and OD to deliver transformation benefits.
• Consider change journey for key stakeholders to drive engagement.
• Develop and deploy metrics to measure reality vs intent.
• Identify process elements and big bets for the experience promise.
• Align with Idea to Market PLM team and EOS peers for delivery.
• Align on ways of working to secure maximum benefit.
• Own Future Back Process Design & deployment to L5 with digital core.
• Partner with DT to ensure digital core design and data integration.
• Ensure seamless transition from systems to processes for user experience.
• Engage with E2E BPO and other segments; mentor junior associates.
