Infosys seeks an IT PLM Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of PLM/IT initiatives in an aeronautics setting at Toulouse. You will lead end-to-end IT project delivery and coordinate across IT, engineering, operations, and quality to meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires at least 5 years in PLM, strong Airbus PLM experience, and solid IT/AI knowledge. You will guide agile ceremonies, manage risks, and produce essential project documentation for successful transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in PLM Functional domain.
• Transverse functional knowledge on Airbus PLM landscape.
• Strong knowledge of IT & AI domain.
• Product structure & Configuration management principles.
• Awareness of Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives within our aeronautics environment.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including PLM/MES integrations and digital transformation initiatives specific to aeronautics operations
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across IT and business stakeholder teams
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and quality departments to ensure IT solutions align with aeronautics processes and regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers; escalate
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) or manage waterfall/hybrid project structures as appropriate
• Produce clear project documentation: charters, plans, RACI matrices, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems by technical and non-technical users
• Contribute to IT governance and portfolio management processes
