Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Senior Core-PLM Lead to map and design end-to-end processes across R&D, spec management and innovation, integrating the digital core within Core-PLM. You will drive organizational changes, engage stakeholders across RC segments, and steer value delivery through the transformation program.

• Deep experience with end-to-end processes in R&D, activity management and specification management.
• Experience in a multi-national, matrixed organisation and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong change management and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan creation for an integrated end-to-end PLM process from idea to market.
• Collaborate with RC corporate and other segments to design and deploy WoW and OD for transformation.
• Develop metrics to measure outcomes and engage key stakeholder groups throughout the journey.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between L2 processes and Core-PLM systems.
• Mentor junior associates and lead interface with other mega processes.
