Ingenico in Paris seeks a seasoned PLM leader to drive the global Teamcenter (TCx) platform, oversee governance and architecture, and partner with IT and operations to enable product innovation.

You will coordinate RUN and BUILD activities with worldwide teams and external partners, translating business needs into scalable PLM solutions while ensuring ERP and CAD integrations run smoothly. Hybrid Paris office presence is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PLM experience, with Teamcenter TCx expertise.
• Proven track record in delivering complex PLM implementations and migrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence business and technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work from an Ingenico office at least 3 days weekly.

Responsabilités

• Lead the PLM Competence Center and RUN and BUILD activities delivered by global teams and external partners.
• Define and maintain governance frameworks, standards, processes, and best practices for the Teamcenter (TCx) ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into scalable PLM designs, roadmaps, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure seamless integration between PLM, ERP, CAD, supplier portals, and other enterprise apps.
• Manage third-party vendors, service performance, KPIs, SLAs, and technical quality reviews.
• Drive release management, change governance, testing strategies, and risk assessments.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives, including PLM migration and modernization programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between R&D, Operations, PM, IT leadership, and external partners.
