Bbhotels Group in Paris is seeking a Legal Counsel to act as the main legal point of contact for IT and E‑commerce teams, and for internal departments within the BU, focusing on GDPR compliance across the BU countries and B&B Home.

You will also serve as the Legal Department’s key contact with the WE business unit and Group entities on these topics, review and negotiate contracts, support IT projects, monitor regulatory developments, and ensure consumer law adherence.

Qualifications

• General business law knowledge across multiple jurisdictions.
• Data protection law and GDPR expertise.
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate IT/e-commerce contracts.

Responsabilités

• Act as main legal contact for IT and E-commerce teams and internal departments.
• Support GDPR compliance across BU countries and B&B Home.
• Review, update and negotiate documentation and contracts to ensure GDPR/consumer law compliance.
• Collaborate with DPO on GDPR-related matters.
• Analyze IT projects for new services/tools and cross-BU initiatives.
• Ensure compliance of e-commerce processes with consumer law and data protection regulations.
• Draft/addenda for network contracts using standard templates.
• Implement compliance policies within scope and monitor regulatory developments.
