Kingsley Green Recruitment is partnering with an ambitious international business to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to support growing B2B2C and B2B operations. This broad commercial role will advise senior stakeholders across contracts, compliance and governance.

The role requires leading negotiations, drafting classic procurement, supply chain and customer agreements, and developing templates and playbooks to drive best practice. Fluency in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 10-15 years' PQE.
• Strong commercial contracts and compliance experience.
• International B2B/B2B2C experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, including procurement, supply chain and customer contracts.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice on transactions and business initiatives.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks and best practice.
• Advise on compliance, including competition law, Sapin II, conflicts of interest and whistleblowing.
• Support corporate governance, restructurings and strategic projects.
• Manage external counsel and drive improvements across the legal function.
