Jobtailor in Île-de-France seeks a senior contracts lawyer to draft, negotiate and review client and supplier agreements for media division entities in France. You will ensure GDPR compliance and advise operational teams on data protection matters.

Responsibilities include handling litigation files, advising the Secretary General, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Fluency in English and strong knowledge of digital technologies are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Contract Law, Digital Law or Intellectual Property Law.
• Deep knowledge of personal data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies and related regulations.
• Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Requirements

• Master's degree (equivalent to French Master 2) in Contract Law, Digital Law or Intellectual Property Law
• In-depth knowledge of personal data protection regulations (GDPR)
• Strong knowledge of digital/new technologies
• Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a similar role
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
