Zoku Paris is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure smooth operations across the venue, coaching an on-site team and supporting resident needs. The role focuses on maintaining outstanding service standards and coordinating cross-functional activities within a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will work as the rooms specialist with potential Food & Beverage overlap, contributing to the pre-opening activities of the new Zoku location in Paris. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in an operational hotel or restaurant environment.
• Led a team of at least 3 people before.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
• EU resident or valid French working permit.
• Fully flexible; no fixed working days/hours.
• Full-time commitment; hospitality education advantageous.
• Experience with PMS and POS software.

Responsabilités

• Be a smooth operator: support our Sidekicks on the floor and handle large resident requests.
• Lead the team: coach, guide and train the operational team while upholding Zoku values.
• Be a problem solver: act quickly on issues and follow safety procedures.
• Become the jack/jane of all trades: coordinate housekeeping, manage restaurant reservations, and payment handling.
