Zadient Technologies SAS seeks a Documentation Leader to establish the foundations of knowledge management. You will centralize technical documentation, ensure secure storage, and make content collaborative across the company while maintaining governance and accessibility.

Lead documentation structure and adoption with R&D, IT, and operations. In this role you will drive repositories, standards, and lifecycle processes, supporting external audits and certifications while enabling scalable

Qualifications

• Bac+5 in a relevant field; engineering background is a strong plus but not strictly required.
• 3–8 years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management, or related environments.
• Genuine ease working with technical and scientific profiles to organize documentation and gain trust.
• Knowledge of technical documentation frameworks and quality standards.
• Ability to enforce structure without friction.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Identify all existing repositories containing technical documentation across the company.
• Build a comprehensive inventory of documentation sources including R&D reports and equipment documentation.
• Assess risks related to missing, duplicated or poorly managed information.
• Identify priority actions and quick wins for knowledge capture.
• Extract tacit engineering know-how from R&D, process engineering, and pilot runs.
• Structure and maintain the company’s central technical documentation base.
• Participate in lessons-learned sessions after key experiments and milestones.
• Create and maintain templates, standards, and documentation frameworks.
