A leading cloud services provider in Paris is seeking a skilled Technical Writing Manager. In this role, you will lead the Product Documentation team and ensure quality and strategic alignment of technical content across products. Effective communication skills in both English and French are essential. You will also manage translation processes and continuously improve documentation platforms. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for up to three days of remote work each week, and provides ample benefits for employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and documentation management.
• Solid expertise in documentation processes and translation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Proficiency with tools: GitHub, GitLab, Localazy, Jira, 360Learning, VS Code, Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Documentation team
• Define priorities, monitor delivery, and ensure deadlines are met
• Guarantee quality, consistency, and strategic alignment of technical content (Docs, console wording, translations)
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of documentation platforms
• Review and validate documentation outputs across products and services
• Oversee translation processes and QA standards
• Supervise Scaleway Learning (training program)
• Increase the visibility of the documentation team internally and externally
• Synchronize with cross‑functional teams to align doc strategy with product and business goals

Qualifications – Hard skills

• 5+ years in technical writing and documentation management (Docs‑as‑Code, APIs, cloud/SaaS products)
• Solid expertise in documentation processes, translation workflows, and QA
• Strong project management and team leadership skills (prioritization, delivery, recruitment, evaluation)
• Proficiency with tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Localazy, Jira, 360Learning, VS Code, and Figma
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
