In this role, you will lead the Product Documentation team and ensure quality and strategic alignment of technical content across products. Effective communication skills in both English and French are essential. You will also manage translation processes and continuously improve documentation platforms. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for up to three days of remote work each week, and provides ample benefits for employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and documentation management.
• Solid expertise in documentation processes and translation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
