Jobtailor seeks a Lead industrial project manager to coordinate DO-254 DAL-C compliant activities for aerospace projects in Toulouse. You will work with technical teams and the end customer to ensure requirements are met and milestones achieved.

Responsibilities include guiding development processes, managing risks, and communicating in both French and English with stakeholders. A strong DO-254 background and 5+ years in industry are required, with a solid safety culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or embedded systems.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of development processes and requirements management.
• Significant DO-254 experience, ideally at DAL-C level.
• Ability to support technical teams and develop DO-254 expertise.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in electronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Experience managing industrial projects in an aerospace environment
• Strong knowledge of development processes and requirements management
• Significant experience with the DO-254 standard, ideally at DAL-C level
• Ability to support technical teams and develop their expertise in applying DO-254
• Strong coordination skills when working with technical stakeholders and customers
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum B0 electrical authorization
• Thoroughness, autonomy, analytical skills, and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in teams and in a multi-stakeholder environment
