Jobtailor in Paris area seeks a senior EIA engineer with 5+ years’ experience to lead studies, design, and project management for MV/LV electrical installations. You will work on feasibility, DIB, DCE, and certification dossiers while coordinating engineers, suppliers, and contractors across international projects.

You will ensure compliance with NF C13-200, NF C15-100, safety systems, and ATEX constraints, and contribute to FAT/SAT and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EIA (AMOA or MOE).
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV electrical installations and switchboards.
• Knowledge of distribution and transmission networks.
• Familiarity with NF C13-200 and NF C15-100 standards.
• Industrial safety and instrumented safety systems.
• ATEX regulations knowledge.
• Certification of safety chains (DESP, IEC).
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Strong writing skills and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Studies and design of electrical installations and systems.
• Carry out feasibility studies, basic engineering, and tender documentation.
• Design and sizing of MV/LV installations (HTA/BT).
• Prepare electrical diagrams (single-line diagrams, panels).
• Prepare calculation notes for networks and lighting.
• Write specifications and technical tender documents.
• Project management and coordination of teams and suppliers.
• Manage engineering teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Analyze technical and financial bids and align them.
• Monitor detailed engineering (MOE) activities.
• Support owner's MO or MOE projects.
• Participate in HAZOP/HAZID/SIL analyses.
• Contribute to IEC/DESP certification dossiers.
• Determine and verify SIL levels.
• Consider ATEX constraints in design and execution.
• Participate in FAT/SAT activities.
• Assist commissioning and handover of installations.
• Provide technical support to operations and troubleshooting.
• Support maintenance with optimization and obsolescence management.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned (REX).
• Contribute to technical reference frameworks and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Studies & Design
• Carrying out studies (feasibility studies, basic engineering (DIB), tender documentation (DCE))
• Design and sizing of MV/LV electrical installations (HTA/BT)
• Preparation of electrical diagrams (single-line diagrams, panels, etc.)
• Preparation of calculation notes (electrical networks, lighting, etc.)
• Writing specifications and technical tender documents
• Project Management & Coordination
• Management of engineering teams, suppliers and contractors
• Technical and financial analysis and alignment of bids

• More than 5 years\' experience in EIA (AMOA or MOE)

• Knowledge of distribution and transmission networks
• Standards: NF C13-200, NF C15-100
• Industrial safety and instrumented safety systems
• ATEX regulations
