Jobtailor in Paris, France seeks a senior electrical engineering leader to oversee power and low-voltage systems within owner’s engineering projects. You will manage a team of engineers, technicians and designers from design through execution, driving performance reviews and workloads while shaping department structure.

The role requires a 10+ year track record in engineering or management, strong English (B2), and hands-on proficiency with CANECO and BIM modeling.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering, project management or an engineering consultancy on CFO/CFA assignments.
• Previous management experience or strong managerial potential.
• Excellent interpersonal, written communication and organizational skills.
• Curiosity, autonomy, rigor and open-mindedness.
• Good command of English (B2).
• Knowledge of fire safety systems (SSI), ERP regulations for public buildings, lifting equipment and security systems.
• Proficiency with CANECO, DIALux or equivalent software.

• Supervise, motivate and support a team of 4 people (engineers, technicians, designers).
