Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Paris is expanding its Corporate Transformation Services practice and recruiting experienced professionals at the Director level to lead enterprise-wide transformations for European clients.

You will partner with Managing Directors to diagnose performance and deliver actionable plans, build financial models, and drive EBITDA improvements while traveling to client sites across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting background with ability to design and deliver organizational change at C-suite and board level.
• Strong financial and business acumen including understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Be an active part of teams supporting Managing Directors and contributing to business development.
• Review financial and operational performance to diagnose issues and develop executable action plans.
• Assist in producing financial and operational models and projections.
• Identify improvement levers with clients and communicate case for change to leadership.
• Lead transformation plans to realize EBITDA and working capital improvements.
• Travel to client sites across the UK and European regions as needed.
• Cover full spectrum of complex issues in operations including manufacturing and logistics.
