BioCatch in Paris seeks a Director, Global Advisory for South EMEA and Italy. You will act as a domain expert, partnering with regional sales and client success teams to solve advanced fraud challenges and drive product insight at executive levels.

You will lead thought leadership content, engage senior fraud leaders, evangelise BioCatch’s value, and shape use-case prioritisation with the Product team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on fraud and financial-crime experience in financial services or fraud-tech.
• 3+ years of executive-level consultative engagements.
• Depth in fraud, financial-crime and cybersecurity domains and ability to articulate how teams operationalise tech in the stack.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM/quantitative discipline.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to evangelise at conferences.
• Strong consultative skills to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide deep fraud and financial-crime expertise to sales teams.
• Meet with senior fraud leaders to understand challenges and propose BioCatch solutions.
• Develop content to position BioCatch as a leader in behavioural intelligence.
• Represent BioCatch at events and briefings; translate concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify and prioritise new use-cases with Product; evaluate feasibility with clients.
• Support Client Innovation Board and share market insights.
