UiPath is seeking a senior marketing leader to own the demand generation strategy and execution for the South Europe region. You will collaborate with Sales and Global Marketing to drive pipeline growth and ensure regional activities align with broader objectives.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on program leadership. You’ll lead teams, use data to optimize spend, and partner with regional leadership to shape investments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing or demand generation with a track record in B2B.
• Experience leading teams or large programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in B2B demand generation and digital marketing.
• Experience defining and executing strategic demand programs aligned to business objectives.
• Proven ability to use data, market insight, and business context to shape strategy.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment at leadership level.

Your mission

You will own the demand generation strategy and execution for the South Europe region. Working closely with Sales and other GTM and Global Marketing functions, you will drive pipeline growth, strengthen marketing’s contribution to revenue, and ensure that regional activities are aligned with broader business objectives.
