DiliTrust is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across France and international offices, shaping sourcing strategies with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality candidates in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage multiple roles with tight timelines, and leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to engage top talent. Fluency in English and French is required, with a third language a plus.

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in sourcing and engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across FR + international offices.
• Develop and manage sourcing strategies for positions across GTM, Sales, Corporate, Engineering.
• Understand hiring needs and partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing/hiring strategies.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates and ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Help improve recruiting processes, documentation and ATS tooling.
• Identify closing strategies and coach candidates through the process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our systems, services and processes.

Your tasks

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across various Dilitrust offices (FR + International)
• Develop and manage sourcing strategies for positions across various businesses and technical functions (GTM, Sales, Corporate, Engineering)
• Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies
• Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
• Help improve our process, documentation, tooling (ATS)
• Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes

Your profile

• 5+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Experience hiring across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confident sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Able to handle multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and French, 3rd speaking language is a plus.
