Jobtailor in Paris seeks a senior transformation consultant to lead strategic accounts, identify opportunities, and drive digital and data transformation initiatives across large enterprises.

You will coach multidisciplinary teams, facilitate design thinking and agile delivery, manage consultants, and partner with C-level stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs, ensuring value creation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree from an engineering or business school, with specialization in innovation, transformation, or project management.
• At least 7 years of experience in Agile and transformation initiatives, and in managing complex projects (Scrum, SAFe, Lean).
• Combined expertise in consulting and operational delivery and experience coaching teams at scale.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop a portfolio of strategic accounts among large enterprises.
• Identify and develop business opportunities, open new accounts, and strengthen existing relationships.
• Participate in strategic account reviews with the management team.
• Structure commercial proposals and participate in client presentations.
• Build high-value offerings aligned with clients' strategic priorities.
• Lead transformation, scoping, and innovation programs.
• Help clients scope, experiment with, deliver, and adopt new ways of working and organizational models.
• Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, and value creation.
• Facilitate ideation and co-creation workshops, discovery and framing sessions, and project steering committees.
• Advise decision-makers on Digital, Data, and AI transformations.
• Conduct strategic studies and act as Chief of Staff/Advisor to senior decision-makers.
• Structure and develop the consulting firm’s offering, including technology, partnerships, expert communities, and client portfolio development.
• Contribute to publications, events and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Manage consultants and contribute to team structuring.
• Coach multidisciplinary teams and support their skills development.
• Drive the engagement of operational teams across major engagements.
• Manage a profit center and activate recruitment and marketing levers.
