• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage e-commerce projects from scoping to schedule definition and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee development, templates, builds, migrations, and production deployments.
• Manage integrations with third-party solutions: payments, logistics, loyalty, PIM, ERP, CRM/CDP.
• Monitor and optimize performance and implement technical SEO best practices.
• Set up A/B testing frameworks and optimize purchase journeys and checkout with CRO recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Management of e-commerce projects: requirement scoping, schedule definition, facilitation of rituals, risk management, and coordination of stakeholders (Product Owner, technical teams, agencies, partners).
• Technical & functional management: overseeing development, templates, application builds, platform migrations, and deployments to production.
• Integrations & ecosystem: managing integrations of third-party solutions (payments, logistics, loyalty, PIM, ERP, CRM/CDP), and API management.
• Performance & SEO: monitoring and optimizing performance, implementing technical SEO best practices.
• Experimentation & conversion: setting up A/B testing frameworks, optimizing purchase journeys and checkout, funnel analysis and business-focused CRO recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital project management or delivery within an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external, and to drive complex initiatives autonomously.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
